Summary:
Glynes' vehicle and Wickert's vehicle collided. Wickert died. Liability was apportioned equally between Glynes and Wickert. Wickert's child, his alleged spouse and his mother sought damages from Glynes for the losses that they suffered as a result of Wickert's wrongful death.
The British Columbia Supreme Court determined damages accordingly.
