Scope Taxation law in Canada is governed primarily by the federal

Income Tax Act, R.S.C. 1985 (5th Supp.), c. 1 and the Excise Tax Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. E-15, which are administered by Canada Customs and Revenue Agency (CCRA). The CCRA has extensive regulatory and administrative documentation on its website, including forms, information circulations, and interpretation bulletins. Provincial tax legislation is also relevant. There is a plethora of print and online legal resources on Canadian taxation law that are too numerous to list here, so the list of books below is only a partial list. Check the web-sites of the Canadian legal publishers for more information.
