PRIVATE INTERNATIONAL LAW

Private international law refers to legal disputes between private parties (whether individual

persons or groups of individuals, such as associations or corporations) and either other private

parties or the government of a state foreign to the private litigant. Often the litigation spends

much of its time solving the conf‌lict of laws question of which is the proper court to settle the
