Prophecy to acquire vanadium mineralization northeast of Sudbury.

Prophecy Development Corp. is set to fully acquire the Titan vanadium project northeast of Sudbury.

Prophecy currently owns 80 per cent of the project; the agreement would consolidate the remaining 20 per cent from current owner Randsburg. In return, Randsburg would get 20,000 common shares of Prophecy.

The Titan project, located 120 kilometres northeast of Sudbury, is a vanadium-titanium-iron project. It consists of 262 contiguous hectares comprising 17 patented claims.

Prophecy is interested in the vanadium for use in the manufacture of vanadium redox batteries (VRBs), which can store energy generated from renewable energy projects like wind turbines.
