Summary:

While extremely intoxicated, Batt drove a motor vehicle down a one-way street in the wrong direction. He was found guilty of impaired operation of a motor vehicle (see [2014] Nfld. & P.E.I.R. Uned. 52).

The Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Court imposed five months of incarceration and a two year driving prohibition.
