Summary:

An accused was charged with importing a narcotic into Canada, contrary to s. 5(2) of the Narcotic Control Act, R.S.C. 1970, c. N-1. He was the ring leader in the importing of $25,000,000 worth of marijuana. The accused pleaded guilty to the charge.

The Nova Scotia Provincial Court sentenced the accused to eight years imprisonment.
