Summary:
The accused pleaded guilty to break and enter and possession of stolen property and was sentenced to 18 months' imprisonment for break and enter and six months' imprisonment (concurrent) for possession of stolen property. The accused appealed the break and enter sentence.
The British Columbia Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal.
