Summary:

The accused was convicted of possession of cocaine for the purposes of trafficking. He was sentenced to 15 years' imprisonment. The accused appealed the sentence.

The British Columbia Court of Appeal allowed the appeal and reduced the sentence to nine years' imprisonment.
