Sentence - Break and enter - The 47 year old accused pleaded guilty to breaking and entering commercial premises with an accomplice - Lengthy criminal record dating from 1964, including many property related offences and some violent offences - Last major offence was a 1985 robbery conviction - Accused had a drinking problem - The British Columbia Court of Appeal denied the accused leave to appeal from a sentence of two years' imprisonment.
