Summary:

The accused pleaded guilty to trafficking in cannabis resin contrary to s. 4(1) of the Narcotic Control Act. The Northwest Territories Supreme Court sentenced the accused to a term of 90 days intermittent imprisonment and placed him on one year's probation.
