Sentence - Theft - The accused, a 37 year old farmer, was convicted of the theft of a steer calf - The trial judge imposed a sentence of imprisonment of six months - The Saskatchewan Court of Appeal reduced the sentence of imprisonment to 30 days (the time already served).
