The accused was convicted of four counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purposes of trafficking, namely: cocaine, oxycodone, hydromorphone and marijuana.

The New Brunswick Court of Queen's Bench, Trial Division, sentenced the accused to 40 months' imprisonment less credit for time served in pre-sentence detention at 1.5 times and ancillary orders.
