Sentence - Break and enter with intent to commit an indictable offence - The accused 21 year old man, who had been drinking, kicked in the door of a man's house to confront him about his damaging the accused's car - After an argument, blows were exchanged and the man was hurt, but not seriously - The Manitoba Court of Appeal reduced the sentence of the accused from one year imprisonment to the six weeks imprisonment already served.
