Summary:

The accused was charged with having sexual intercourse with his daughter, contrary to s. 150(2) of the Criminal Code of Canada, R.S.C. 1970, c. C-34. The accused pleaded guilty to the charge.

The Newfoundland Provincial Court sentenced the accused to four years imprisonment.
