Sentence - Break, enter and theft - Criminal Code of Canada, R.S.C. 1970, c. C-34, s. 306(1) - The accused 21 year old man, who was drunk, broke into a restaurant to steal money, where he was arrested - The accused was on probation and had a long criminal record, including seven convictions for break, enter and theft - The accused pleaded guilty to break, enter and theft and was sentenced to three years imprisonment - The Manitoba Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal of the accused and affirmed the sentence.
