Sentence - Robbery - Criminal Code of Canada, R.S.C. 1970, c. C-34, s. 303 - The accused soldier and another, who used a sawed-off shot gun, robbed a taxi driver of money and his taxi - The accused had a good background and was a promising soldier - The New Brunswick Court of Appeal affirmed the sentence of the accused to 15 months' imprisonment; although the Court of Appeal stated that the sentence was lenient.
