Summary:

The accused pleaded guilty to dangerous driving and wilfully committing mischief endangering life contrary to ss. 249(1)(a) and 430(2) of the Criminal Code.

The Alberta Provincial Court sentenced the accused to imprisonment for two years less a day for dangerous driving, one year (con­current) for mischief, one year's probation and a three year driving prohibition.
