Amending Reg. 682 of R.R.O. 1990

(Laboratories)

1. Subsection 4 (3) of Regulation 682 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

(3) A laboratory is exempt from the condition in paragraph 5 of subsection (1) if it is operated by,

(a) a public hospital; or

(b) the Ontario Agency for Health Protection and Promotion.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of October 1, 2008 and the day it is filed.
