Divorce - Corollary relief - Maintenance award - Lump sum - A husband and wife were married in 1952 and separated in 1973 - Under the terms of a separation agreement in 1974, the wife received $50,000.00 in return for her interest in the family business and the matrimonial home - The Manitoba Court of Appeal ordered the husband to pay the wife an additional lump sum of $21,600.00 for maintenance.
