Summary:
An R.C.M.P. officer swore an information to obtain a search warrant under the Offence Act (B.C.). A Justice of the Peace issued the warrant. The petitioners applied to quash the warrant, but the judge refused to quash. The petitioners appealed.
The British Columbia Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal.
