Summary:

Appellant, one of a number of intestate heirs to realty. Realty sold for taxes and Appellant redeemed realty pursuant to section 80 of the Municipal Tax Act. Held Appellant had sufficient interest to exercise right of redemption and that she can redeem the whole of the property and that the Respondent is discharged of all obligations on conveying the property to the Appellant.
