Summary:

Motor Vehicle Collision--Damage Awards - Defendant held liable for motor vehicle collision. Male Plaintiff awarded $1,000. general damages for injuries to chest and laceration of lip, shock and loss of blood and fracture of seventh and eighth ribs. Female Plaintiff, age not set out, awarded $1,500. general damages for shock, loss of blood, multiple lacerations and injuries, fracture of the scaphoid of left foot and laceration of right forearm, right knee and right leg. This female Plaintiff awarded additional $2,500. general damages for pain and suffering and the permanency of the scars which have a disfiguring effect on the appearance of this young woman.
