Summary:

Damage Award - Whip Lash Injury - On assessment for personal injury arising out of automobile accident in which liability was admitted, the Court awarded $375 special damages and $2,000 general damages for a whip lash injury to neck resulting in loss of sleep and pain on sharply turning head and inability to hunt. Doctor said plaintiff would be bothered with his injury until he dies.
