WRONGFUL DISMISSAL
Wrongful dismissal refers to the improper termination of employment either through outright
dismissal (e.g., f‌iring) or through constructive dismissal (signif‌icantly altering an employee’s
job as to effectively redef‌ine it). Like employment law, this is an area of provincial jurisdiction
