The authors of "NAFTA Chapter XI and Canada's Environmental Sovereignty: Investment Flows. Article 1110 and Alberta's Water Act" (2007) 65(2) U.T. Fac. L. Rev. 107 wish to clarify that footnote 157 should not have referred to the Sun Belt dispute, which did not lead to a settlement by the Government of Canada. In Sun Belt, there was a set dement of the expropriation issue, hut this settlement was by the Government of British Columbia, and involved, not Sun Belt Water Inc...
