Anthony

VanDuzer,

B.A.,

LL.B.,

LL.M.,

is an

Associate Professor

in

the

Faculty

of

Law, Common

Law

Section,

at the

University

of

Ottawa

where

he

teaches courses

in

business organizations, advanced business

law,

major

business

transactions

and

international

business

transac-

tions.

He has

also taught

in the

University

of

Ottawa's Executive

MBA

program. Professor

VanDuzer

has

served

as an

adviser

on

corporate

law

to the

Department

of

Industry

and as a

consultant

to the

Competition

Bureau,

the

Department

of

Foreign

Affairs

and

International Trade,

and

the

NAFTA

Secretariat.

He has

written extensively

on

corporate law,

competition

law, taxation,

international

trade,

and

intellectual

proper-

ty

law and

worked with international development agencies delivering

technical assistance

on

business

and

trade

law in

Russia, China,

Ukraine, Georgia, Bulgaria, Bosnia, Vietnam, Kyrgyz Republic

and the

countries

of the

Caribbean Community.
