Professor

of Law at the

Victoria.

He is a

of the bar of

British Columbia

Secretary

of the

Law

Institute.

Prof.

Cassels

teaches

in the

areas

Contracts, Torts, Remedies,

and

Legal Theory,

and

he has

written several

books

and

numerous

articles

on

these

jects.

He is the

recipient

several awards

of Law
