Additional object

1. It is an object of the Authority to carry out any functions with respect to offering statements under the Co-operative Corporations Act in relation to the powers and duties of the Chief Executive Officer, with respect to offering statements, that are referred to in that Act or delegated or designated under section 1.1 or 1.2 of that Act. O. Reg. 40/20, s. 1.
