Brigus boosting gold production in Timmins.

Brigus Gold expects to ramp up Tim-mins gold production at its Black Fox mine later this year and is considering expansion of its mill.

With its Phase 2 open pit and underground mine coming onstream, the Halifax miner reports gold production will reach a steady annual production rate of 104,000 ounces by this year's third quarter.

Overall mine production was impacted earlier this year by the construction of new mine infrastructure, which was finished in March.
