Allbright

Before
his
appointment

judiciary, Justice Allbright practised primarily

of
criminal
and
civil litigation,

well
as
serving

chairperson
of
extensive labour arbi-
trations.
He has
been president
of the
Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers' Association
and
the Law
Society,
1981-82.
Justice Allbright sits
on the
Court
of
Queen's Bench
for
Saskatchewan
in
Saskatoon.
G.
Greg Brodsky,
QC,
was
born
in
Melville, Saskatchewan,
on
April 15,1940.
He
grad-
uated
from
the
University
of
Manitoba
Law
School
in
1963
and
received
his
LL.M.
from
the
University
of
Manitoba
in
1965.
He was
admitted
to the Bar in
Ontario
in
1971
and in
Saskatchewan
in
1977. Specializing
in
criminal law,
he was
appointed
Queen's Counsel
in
1976
and is
currently
the
"Brodsky"
in
Brodsky
&
Company,
Winnipeg,
Manitoba.
He was the first
president
of the
Manitoba
Trial Lawyers'
Association
in
1976,
now
called
the
Criminal
Defence
Lawyers' Association,
and
held
that position
for
twelve years.
He is a
Life
Bencher
of the Law
Society
of
Manitoba
and
past
national
chairperson
of the
Criminal Justice
section
of the
Canadian
Bar
Association.
David
M.
Cohn
is a
sole practitioner
in a
private criminal defence practice
in
Toronto.
He
completed
his
B.A.
in
economics
at the
University
of
Western Ontario
in
1976
and
his
LL.B.
at the
University
of
Windsor
in
1979.
He
articled with Aiken, Capp,
Barristers
&
Solicitors
in
Toronto
and was
called
to the Bar in
Ontario
in
