Jim Hrusovsky, chief executive officer at Essar Steel Algoma in Sault Ste. Marie, has resiegned his position effective Nov. 1. He also resigned as a director of the company.

Kalyan Ghosh, chief commercial officer, will replace him on an interim basis.
