Christopher Bedwell was stopped at an intersection in Edmonton when a vandal smashed the windshield of his car. Leaving his keys in the ignition, he chased and caught the vandal. When he returned to the intersection his car was gone. A thief had taken it and crashed into another car several blocks away.
