De Beers Canada and the Moose Cree First Nation have signed an impact-benefit agreement for the Victor Mine.

A Sept. 16 ceremony in Moose Factory celebrated the successful community ratification held in June, 2007 in which the Moose Cree First Nation voted 85 per cent in favour of accepted the agreement.
