Stephanie Ash

With an impressive international resume, 29-year-old Stephanie Ash came to Canada from England in 2001. In October 2003, she decided to launch her own company, Firedog Communications in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Today, Firedog Communications is a full-service public relations and marketing communications agency. The company combines fresh thinking, unique ideas and dynamic people to create results-driven communications services for its diverse and far-reaching client base.

Stephanie Ash is president of Firedog Communications and an accredited member of the Canadian Public Relations Society. She is an individual who loves to learn and her education includes an honours degree from England in French and German, a business and marketing diploma from Paris, France, and a journalism diploma from the London School of Journalism in England. Stephanie is also currently studying to gain her American (APR) accreditation from the Public Relations Society of America.

During her first year of business, Stephanie was awarded the "Young Entrepreneur of the Year" award at the Northern Ontario Business Influential Women Awards for her outstanding commitment to the community and her clients.

Monique Forsyth

Monique is very active in the community. She sat on the Board for the Hopital regional Sudbury Regional Hospital. Was a board member for the 1998 Canadian Special Olympics, is a member of Sudbury Business Professional Women, and past board chair for Sudbury Child Find.

As of this year, Monique celebrates 25 years in the technology field.

She is the co-owner of Northern Voice & Data Inc., that specializes in sales and service of business telephone systems, VOiP, structured cabling, computers and designing of networking systems. The recent acquisition of a networking company has shored up staff numbers to approximately 30 people with offices in North Bay and Greater Sudbury.

Lois Krause

Lois Krause, with 26-years of public relations and fundraising experience, was recruited by North Bay General Hospital in 2000 to be the Executive Director of the North Bay General Hospital Foundation and to lead the Caring for Generations campaign, as director.
