Northern Ontario Angels seeking Timmins entrepreneurs.

Northern Ontario Angels (NOA) is seeking Timmins-area entrepreneurs to propose their business ideas for a chance to gain access to new investment opportunities.

NOA will hold its fourth annual pitch-style event on Oct. 3 at College Boreal in Timmins. Eligible entrepreneurs will have a chance to propose their business idea, product or service to a panel of investors.

Entrepreneurs, innovators and businesses in need of capital to start up, commercialize, scale up or expand are encouraged to apply.

Only three spots are available.

"This is your opportunity to pitch to over 475 accredited investors in the NOA network," said Chris Winrow, chairman of the NOA board of directors, in a March 5 news release.
