NorthernTel ranked among Canada's 50 best employers.

For the second year in a row, the Timmins-based NorthernTel earned a spot on the "50 Best Employers in Canada" list as part of the Bell Nordiq Group.

The 38th-place ranking marks an improvement over last year's 49th-place spot on the survey organized and administered by the Hewitt Group.

The list, published in the Dec. 28 edition of the Globe and Mail, assesses employee satisfaction as well as their level engagement.
