PositionQueen's Faculty of Law teaches complexities surrounding gambling

Queen's Faculty of Law will be the first law school in Canada to offer students a chance to study the legal complexities surrounding casinos, charity gaming, gaming clubs, bingo, lotteries, and horse racing.

The course will be taught by Professor Stanley Sadinsky, who works particularly in contract law and legal remedies, along with being part-time Chair of the Ontario Racing Commission, and John Chalmers who currently practises exclusively in the gaming area and has played a key role in drafting legislation regarding casinos and the charitable gaming sector.
