Almost two years after Algoma Steel Inc. decided to get out of the seamless tubular business, its tube mill facility is slowly coming back to life. Algoma Seamless Tubulars Inc., a Canadian subsidiary of Siderca S.A., an Argentine pipe producer, resumed tubular production in November. Full capacity production should be reached sometime in January.
