1. Schedules 1 to 3 of Ontario Regulation 560/94 are revoked and the following substituted:

SCHEDULE 2
Cooling Water Effluent Assessment Monitoring (All existing and new Plants)

Schedule 3
Overflow Effluent Assessment Monitoring (All Existing and New Plants)

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
