Amending Reg. 624 of R.R.O. 1990

(STOP SIGNS IN TERRITORY WITHOUT MUNICIPAL ORGANIZATION)

1. Schedules 1 to 5, 10 to 32, 34 to 47, 53, 55 to 66, 68, 74 to 77, 82 to 88, 92, 94, 116, 117, 119 to 123, 210, 211, 246, 248 and 249 to Regulation 624 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 are amended by striking out “roadway” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “highway”.

2. Schedules 48 to 52 and 54 to the Regulation are amended by striking out “at its intersection with” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “at its intersection with the highway known as”.

3. The Regulation is amended by adding the following Schedules:

SCHEDULE 251

1. The highway known as Hospital Drive in the unorganized Township of Moose Factory Island in the Territorial District of Cochrane at its intersection with the highway known as Bay Street.

2. Eastbound on Hospital Drive.

SCHEDULE 252

1. The highway known as Bay Street in the unorganized Township of Moose Factory Island in the Territorial District of Cochrane at its intersection with the highway known as Trapper Street.

2. Northbound and southbound on Bay Street.

SCHEDULE 253

1. The highway known as Trapper Street in the unorganized Township of Moose Factory Island in the Territorial District of Cochrane at its intersection with the highway known as Bay Street.

2. Eastbound on Trapper Street.

1. The highway known as Bay Street in the unorganized Township of Moose Factory Island in the Territorial District of Cochrane at its intersection with the highway known as Visitor Street.

2. Northbound and southbound on Bay Street.
