What takes your mind off work?

Getting a run in three to four times a week allows me to decompress, and has other rewards as well from a physical health standpoint. Also, you can take it anywhere given the travel requirements of my work, whether I am on the road across Northern Ontario or from home, there is so much beauty to enjoy all around us.

What is your favourite saying?

"Let's look at the positive."

What is the one chore you hate doing?

No question about it, that's filling my car with gas. With the very high price of gasoline--and I'm doubtful we'll see any reduction soon, pumping gas is now my least favorite chore.

If forced, what song would you sing at a Karaoke bar?

"Brown Eyed Girl" by my favourite artist, Van Morrison. No doubt though--I'd clear the bar.

Whose face should be on the Canadian currency?

Alphonse Desjardins. Focusing on principles of co-operation and democracy, Mr. Desjardins changed financial services forever when in 1900 he started the first credit union on the very basic ideal of "people helping people".
