Q What kind of boss are you to work for?

I would like to think that I am a very good boss. I know all of my employees on a first name basis and we involve them in all of our company social events including our annual 'Yard Fest' party held in our own backyard. I try to provide my employees with as many educational and safety courses as much as I possibly can. They know that I am always available to talk to and I want to see them become financially independent and be able to enjoy a good quality of life. I promote being 'The Best of the Best' to them all the time. My employees are my company's most valuable asset.
