Loch has 15 years experience in managing mining and construction projects globally He previously worked for the Iron Ore Company of Canada, De Beers, DRA Americas and Shell Africa. Loch has been with Ursa Major since 2007.

Hugo has been an accounting professional with 15 years experience, mainly in the mining and manufacturing sectors. He has worked for Avgold, Avmin's coal division and Bosal Africa.
