Summary:

The plaintiff entered a contract with the Crown to provide all services required to develop the Canada Day '89 program working jointly with the National Capital Commission coordinator. The plaintiff subsequently sued the Crown for $12,000, alleging owing under the contract.

The Federal Court of Canada, Trial Division, allowed the plaintiff's action.
