Craig Forcese teaches administrative law, public international law,

and

national security

law in the

Faculty

Law,

Ottawa.

His

he

practiced

law

with

the

in

international

affairs

from

the

Norman Paterson School

He is a

of the

bars

Ontario,

and the

Columbia.

Aaron Freeman

is a

writer

and

advocate

on

democratic reform

and

corpo-

rate accountability issues.

His

regular political column, "Money

and

Influ-

ence,"

is

published

in The

Hill

Times,

Canada's parliamentary newspaper,

and his

work

often

appears

in

Canada's leading newspapers

and

publica-

tions.

He is a

former "Nader's Raider"

at

Ralph Nader's Center

for the

Study

of

Responsive

Law in

Washington, D.C.

and was a

founding director

of

Democracy Watch, Canada's leading democratic reform advocacy organ-

ization.

Mr.

Freeman

is an

Ottawa-based communications

and

policy con-

sultant

to

non-profit organizations

and

part-time

faculty

member

of the

University

of

Ottawa's Faculty

of

Law.

He is a
