Neck injuries - Whiplash type injury to cervical spine - Moderate to severe cervical sprain, including a chip fracture of six cervical vertebra, which aggravated a pre-existing arthritic condition - Permanent moderate discomfort and pain with prospect of stiffening of neck - 55 year old male civil servant - The New Brunswick Court of Appeal affirmed an award of $17,500.00 general damages for personal injuries.
