Maintenance of wives and children - Jurisdiction of Provincial Court following divorce proceedings in Supreme Court - A divorced wife applied for enforcement of a Family Court maintenance order made previously to her divorce decree - No maintenance was granted to the wife in the divorce decree - The New Brunswick Provincial Court held that the divorce decree superseded the Family Court maintenance order, rendering it unenforceable (See also Toole v. Toole, 14 N.S.R.(2d) 537; 11 A.P.R. 537).
