Summary:
A bank obtained judgment against the defendants for money owed under mortgages of farmland and was granted an order for judicial sale. The defendants appealed. The bank applied to lift the automatic stay or to allow the stay on conditions.
The Saskatchewan Court of Appeal allowed the stay subject to conditions.
