Summary:
A father had four children with three different mothers. The mothers claimed child support in accordance with the Federal Child Support Guidelines. The father argued, inter alia, that requiring him to pay the Guideline amount for so many children created an undue hardship.
The Ontario Court (General Division), Family Court Branch, determined maintenance in accordance with the Guidelines and rejected the father's argument respecting undue hardship.
