Extraditable offences - Canada Extradition Act - Offences included in an "extradition arrangement" - The accused was indicted in the State of New York on a charge of conspiring to import narcotics into the United States - The Supreme Court of Canada held that a supplementary convention in 1925 (which included "offences against the laws for the suppression of the traffic in narcotics") constituted an "extradition arrangement" within the meaning of s. 2 of the Extradition Act - The Supreme Court of Canada held that conspiracy to import a narcotic was an extradition crime within the Extradition Act.
